A Facebook user known as  Osquare Okpanachi claims he saw Former Petroleum Minister under former President Goodluck Jonathan in London but when he tried to take her picture the former Minister who was under EFCC watch list walked away very quickly.

Guess who I just saw while driving to work in North West, London?? Diezani Alison Madueke. The moment she noticed I wanted to snap her, she quickly moved very fast away from me. I was gonna come down to ask her about our yams, but the traffic was moving.

Many people have collapsed at the ongoing presidential campaign rally of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) held today at Kano State.

It was crowded by red-capped individuals, as thousands of party faithful converged on the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano State.

The stadium was completely covered with massive crowd, and some people fainted as a result of suffocation.

At the time of this report, Atiku Abubakar, the PDP presidential candidate and other party leaders, were still on their way to the Campaign Ground (Stadium).

INEC office in Plateau State set Ablaze by drunk security officer

The INDEPENDENT NATIONAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION (INEC) Office in Quan Pan local government area of Plateau state set ablaze by drunk security officer.

According to journalist Bello Lukman, the fire was caused by a drunken security man.The office is completely burnt with many contents, that includes: ballot boxes, generators serviced and filled with fuel, cubicules, newly printed electronic and manual voters register, uncollected PVCs, materials for the preparations of RAC and other materials yet to be identified.”

The electoral official said the fire outbreak, the cause of which was not clearly stated, was due to a drunken security man.

Igbos will regret if they don’t vote for Buhari —APC

The South-East Youth Coordinator of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, Innocent Ojike has said the Igbos will regret if they don’t vote for President Muhammadu Buhari in next Saturday’s poll.

He stated this on Saturday at a press conference in Awka, the Anambra State capital.

He said the Igbos would lose in the political equation of the country if they failed to vote massively for the APC, stressing that Buhari would win.He said the poll would determine what the southeast would be in the political chessboard of the country in 2023.

He noted that Ndigbo made “a costly mistake in 2015 general elections” by failing to vote for Buhari, adding that the Igbo should not allow the situation to repeat itself in the 2019 general elections.

He expressed regret that the voting strength of the South-East geopolitical was the lowest in the country.He said,” The Igbo nation should learn to collaborate with other zones to achieve their aim of producing Nigerian President in 2023.

“All hands should be on deck to achieve this noble objective, since the zone cannot do it alone.

He enjoined Buhari to facilitate the creation of an additional state, should he win next week’s poll.
